What's going on here? Explanation.

In 2008, a leap year, you get One Extra Day.

That’s one extra day to make things happen, or it’s one extra day to do nothing.

Maybe you’ll take the day off to volunteer.

Maybe you’ll take the day off to get drunk at a pub.

Maybe you’ll take on an extra initiative at work.

Maybe you’ll play catch up.

Maybe you’ll reorganize your finances and priorities.

Maybe you’ll splurge on something frivolous.

Maybe you’ll make an impact.

Maybe you’ll do nothing.
